Shipping & Delivery

eCig Saloon fills orders from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and orders submitted before 2pm generally go out the same day. In the event your package is lost in transit, you must contact the carrier that was transporting your package. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding packages that have been lost or damaged by the carrier.

Shipping to Military Addresses

eCigSaloon proudly supports our troop both stateside and overseas. As such we have made changes to allow shipping eCigarettes & Mods to military (APO and FPO) addresses. For your convenience, we have included some instructions to help make entering the military shipping address easier.

Add items to your cart as you normally would.

On checkout, the shipping address should be entered as follows:

  • First Name: Service Member’s Rank/Designation and First Name
  • Last Name: Service Member’s Last Name
  • Address line 1:
    • If Airforce, enter: PSC and Box Number
    • If stationed on a ship, enter: Ship Name and number
    • If Army, Navy or Marines, enter: Unit Number and Box Number
  • City: APO or FPO
  • State: Choose the “Armed Forces” region that applies
  • Zip/Postal Code: Enter the zip code for the military unit (Starts with a 0 or 9)
  • Phone Number: Enter the phone number of a family member in the US that can be reached in the event a problem arises.
