eCigSaloon Return Policy

At eCigSaloon, we strive to make sure all of our customers are satisfied with their orders. We source the highest quality of products for the vaping enthusiast, but we also stock products that won't break the bank for those on a budget.

All shipments that leave our warehouse go through a series of checks by our staff to ensure order accuracy and quality. If you have any issues with your order, we want you to reach out to us right away so we can work to resolve any concerns you may have. Contacting support is as easy as filling out the form on our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your name and email information along with the order or invoice number relating to the order in question. We will contact you by email, so be sure to keep an eye out for our response.


Product Returns:

While we check every order for quality and accuracy, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. In the event you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund or replacement of your products as outlined in this policy. To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 15 days of the delivery of your shipment. You must then receive authorization prior to sending your order back to us. We strongly recommend that you get and provide a tracking number for your return order.

We will accept returns for unopened products that have a return requested within 15 days of delivery. In most cases, for health reasons, we are not able to accept returns on opened products such as disposables, eLiquids and Cartomizers. We reserve the right to authorize a refund or return of these products on a case by case basis.


Disposables, eLiquids and Cartomizers:

  • Open or used disposable eCigarettes, eCigarette Cartomizers and eLiquids will not be accepted for returns or refunds. We reserve the right to authorize returns of these products on a case by case basis.

eCigarette Kits:

  • We will accept returns on used eCigarette Kits that are found to be dead on arrival. You must request return authorization within 5 days of delivery to qualify for a return on opened or used kits.

Tanks:

  • We will only accept returns on opened tanks that are found to be dead on arrival. You must request return authorization within 5 days of delivery to qualify for a return.

Atomizer Coils:

  • We do not accept returns on opened atomizer coil packs (blister packs with one opened atomizer are not eligible for return) Mods / APVs

Mods and APVs:

  • Mods or APVs will be accepted for return as long as they are free from excessive wear and tear, cleaned before the return and are in good working order. Mods or APVs that are found to be dead on arrival must have a return requested within 5 days of the delivery of your product.

Accessories:

  • We will accept returns on eCigarette Accessories that are returned in the original packaging and free from excessive wear and tear.

Wrong Items Shipped

  • In the event we ship you the wrong products, Let us know of the mistake. You must send the incorrect items back to us and we will ship the correct order once we receive your return. We will refund the original shipping costs as outlined below.

Original Shipping Costs

  • We will refund your original shipping costs if the products you received are defective or if we shipped you the wrong products. We are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier that transported your order.

Return Limitations:

  • We will only accept returns that have received authorization within 15 days of purchase. We may deny a return if authorization was not received within 15 days of order.
  • Returned products must be shipped out within a few days of the return authorization. We strongly urge you to get a tracking number for your returned package in the event something goes wrong or shipment is delayed.
  • invoice, order or other documentation must be included with your return.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and free from damage or excessive wear and tear.
  • Since we may need to send your returned order to the manufacturer, all returns must be in like-new condition. Products that were damaged, opened or otherwise tampered with may not qualify for a return.

  • Do not ship your return without getting approval for your return.
